We encourage our players to create videos using Town of Salem content, whether gameplay, tutorials, or live streaming on Twitch, YouTube, or other services. We love seeing your content, but there are a few guidelines to follow:

1. Use of Game Content

• Feel free to use content from our games, such as game footage, tutorials, or playthroughs, in your videos.
• However, you cannot separately extract and distribute game assets (e.g., voices, music, in-game items) from your videos.

2. Non-Commercial Use

• Your videos must be non-commercial—meaning you cannot charge viewers to access your content or sell or license your videos for payment.
• You can monetize your videos through platforms like the YouTube Partner Program and similar monetization programs on other video-sharing sites.

3. No Need for Specific Approval

• You don’t need to ask us for permission to post a video using Town of Salem content. Simply refer YouTube (or other platforms) to this policy page if they require confirmation.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to individual requests for video approval.

4. Third-Party Content

• This policy only applies to content created or owned by Digital Bandidos. If you use third-party content (like music or other copyrighted material) in your videos, you must seek permission from the respective owners.
